install Quicktime first then iTunes

I would highly not recommend doing so.

iTunes will install just fine with all your software enabled.

Note, you may have spy ware advising you to do so.

Just exit the applications or turn them off( for anti virus and spy ware) by right clicking on the Icon for each application in the taskbar an clicking exit. Pop Up blockers are disabled in your internet browser. Typically under Tools, Options, Content

( Firefox) or similar in Internet explorer.
It depends which Anti Virus and Spyware Package you have.... in Most of the Cases these work on the system tray. RIght click on their ICON and Disable it.
