Tune-Up Utilities is great, but they give you 30 free trial (WITHOUT asking for any payment or credit cards now).
I find it excellent, but after 30 days I guess they'll cancel it. However, you can do awful lot of cleaning with Utilities for these 30 days. Go for it!!
AVG and Avast are good as free but i'll recommend u the paid antiviruses life NOD32, Bitdefender...i can get u any of them without payment...contact me yasir.mustafa@yahoo...
