Also if you computer is running slow I suggest doing a deep disk scan with Error-Checking, right click on your hard drive, then goto properties, click on the Tools tab, then click Check now. If you are using XP, put a check in both boxes and then click start. Your computer should prompt you stating disk scan will be run on next startup. reboot your computer. after you are done scanning your drive for errors you should defragment the drive. This is done in the same place as error checking. many times most peoples computers run slow because they dont know to defragment the drive. Depending on how often you defragment your drive it make take multiple attmepts of defraging before your system is back to where it should be running at. Just keep running defrag over and over again untill all the red is gone, also when defrag is running, leave your computer and do not do anything to it. Good luck
